According to the Regional Government, all municipalities in the region will have a SRAP cabinet, which will provide faster and more direct support to Madeiran products.

SRAP counters will be equipped with human resources and appropriate technologies that enable face-to-face service and respond "quickly, clearly and effectively to the demands and needs of farmers, livestock producers, fishermen and artisans, as well as businesses in these sectors. "

These counters will receive and schedule requests for specialized technical assistance, provide identification and / or update of the farm parcel boundary and receive, within the specified periods, the application for the Single Application.

The branch will also provide the passports of livestock animals, assist in filling, issue and redirect superior documents / files, apply for obtaining licenses for recreational fishing and books of the fishing diary of the vessels.

This new department will also be responsible for disseminating relevant information on fisheries and aquaculture matters, issuing licenses for the planting of vineyards and related rules, and promoting controls in the area of aid to the wine sector.
